[HP2021]

3 month old Passport. Wont start. tried to charge the battery (with both a battery and a jump start) and nothing. only sign of life is the on/off button pulses and the thermometer & fuel gage background light pulse on and then off when you press on/off. then nothing. no turn of engine, no dashboard lights. nothing. must be some anti-theft or something? Key fob will lock/unock (but no beep). tried both key fobs, and held them close etc. Help!

Since this is only a 3 month old vehicle, I would have it towed to the dealer and have them figure it out. Assuming it is under warranty, I would be sure whatever is wrong with it will be covered.

Sounds like a warranty dealer problem to me.

As far as getting it towed, be sure to call the dealership first. They should cover the tow while it's still under warranty. Getting it towed on your own then seeking reimbursement from the dealership may not go well for you.
