We purchased our 2020 Pilot back in Sept of 2021 (still under warrenty). This week we will be going back to service dept for the third time. The info screen continues to go blank. What are our options? When I made this last appointment for service, I told the service manager that I wanted a new unit. Was this unreasonable? What are our options? This is our 5th Honda, we have never had this problem with any of our other models. Thanks!
