I sort of went through this also. The fm and even cds sounded cheap and tinny. I saw a post on here and it reminded me of how good the rear entertainment blue ray sounded when the the grand babies were watching frozen. Wife and I both went wow! When they were watching the movie. I eat my balance, fade, etc a little to the rear which brought out the base and depth, then adjusted the others to maintain the blue ray quality I had heard. I also have a Fleetwood Mac tusk blue ray that I use to compare and adjust the settings too. Like the post I saw, it takes a while but mine sounds much better now.
