Brand new guy here, and I have a question about the Paddle Shifters on our new 2019 Honda Pilot Touring vehicle. I've seen all the YouTube videos, showing how you can shift up and shift down, and back up and on and on. But I can't find any information about how to get the transmission to go back into "regular mode"
We do a lot of driving in on mountain roads, and I can see an advantage on down grades, to be able to use some engine breaking, as well as long up grades being able to pick a gear, to stop the transmission from constantly hunting for the right gear. But for the most part, the transmission seems the do a good job of finding the right gears to get the job done. So, it would be nice to be able to put it back in "normal" when done with the up or down grades.
This vehicle has the "new and improved 9 speed transmission
Thanks for any help
