Purchased our Pilot in January and within the first week started having issues with the XM radio. A message would pop up that said "XM has stopped working". Although it never stopped working, I just couldn't change the channel using the buttons on the steering wheel, but instead, would have to use the console screen and would have to back out completely from the system, click on FM, then click back on XM for it to start working. Car has been in to the dealership several times.. Reset audio system 2x, replaced antenna. Now I got a new error message: " check tuner" and screen went completely black. Car is back at dealer to replace the tuner now. I'm so frustrated, as the techs keep telling me that I'm not the only one with this issue, and all they can do is follow what the Honda tech line tells them to do. At what point do we get something done about this..??!! Has anyone had any luck fixing these issues or moving forward with the Lemon Law process??
