24,000 miles on 2019 Honda Pilot Touring. Got in my car and it won't crank - push the brake & push button - radio comes on, can use phone, adjust seats, etc., but car won't crank or move/shift gears. Tried for 20 minutes. Tried again 3 hours later, still nothing. As I'm waiting on tow truck, I thought, "Let's try the remote start!" Remote start makes It cranks - get in car - drive - park. Nervous it won't crank when I'm not home & will be stranded. Plan on taking to dealership who will say "everything is fine," because they can't duplicate problem. Dec 2019 had a new alternator installed because of same issue almost 1 year ago (warranty paid). Shouldn't alternators last longer than 1 year on a new car? Anyone else have similar problems? Any advice? Thank you!
