I purchased this car July 30th, 2019 brand new. It has 320 miles on it. Every day this week I have been seeing the message: "Unfortunately, Sirius XM has stopped"

Has anyone else encountered this? What is the fix?

How often does Honda push out software updates?

I've posted a video of the issue on youtube:

I have the same problem with my 2019 Pilot EX-L. Happens several times a week and has been going on since new (purchased September 2018, and now 10K miles). The only way to get Sirius back is to return to the main menu, select another source (eg, FM radio), then go back again to main menu and select Sirius again. Software is up to date. Problem does not seem to be weather related.

Have you taken it in for a service tech to check it out? What did they say?
