First time post and first time Honda owner. I used to have a QX60 and playing movies from a usb thumb drive was fairly simple. Does anyone know what format and set up does a pilot need in order to play movies from a usb thumb drive? In order to cut out the clutter of having to carry a ton of dvds?

I appreciate any advice or suggestions that may have worked for you.

I have successfully used the mp4 video format on a SanDisk thumb drive. Lots of posts on this subject & some have reported that some makes of USB thumb drives are not compatible with the Honda system.

Use no more then 64Gig thumb drive. Preferably SanDisk low profile. And most importantly Format to FAT32.
