If I were going to purchase that Pilot, I’d try to knock off $1-2k off the price. Also $9,500 isn’t too much for a 2016 HR-V. The only reason I’d accept that trade in price is if I had a base model with some damage on it. I’d try to negotiate the trade in price too (if you can) and get the trade in price to around 11k or so. I’ve never traded in a car so I don’t know if you can negotiate the price of your trade in.
