Thought I would post this here as well. Yesterday I trailered my rig about 42 miles. I captured 20.1 miles of the trip on my trip log going 67 mph and the computer said I was getting 18.1 mpg. I will get 22mpg at 55mph typically. I have pulled this rig now for over 14500 miles on my 80 mile round trips over the past 4 years.

I am curious, is that on the 9spd trans? Can't see the trim package. I tow a 20ft travel trailer, est. 4000lbs and just worry about how well the 9spd will hold up. The aerodynamics vs desert windy days is my biggest concern with the amount of load on the trans, otherwise on days without wind she tows it easily.....just not the norm when we tow out here in the Vegas area.

Nice looking rig.....just curious, have you weighed your boat/trailer (public scales) fully loaded, fuel/gear, etc.?

No I have not weighed it. I took the published weights from the boat, 692lbs-motor 214lbs-trailer 440lbs-fuel 9 gallon tank 54lbs-trolling motor 50lbs-2 batteries 100lbs-other gear 100lbs =1600lbs. Honestly, the Pilot hardly knows it is towing anything, powerwise that is.
