Hello, I just tried to start my Pilot this morning while using the remote starter. The engine started for about 2 seconds and turn off.
When I went in to start the car myself I got a huge amount of issue notifications. Six to be exact.
1. Emissions System Problem
2. Power Steering System (EPS) Problem
3. Vehicle Stability Assist (VSA) Problem
4. Hill Start Assist Problem
5. Trailer Stability Assist Problem (TSA)
6. Road Departure Mitigation System Problem
Does anyone know what I can do to troubleshoot or by chance ran into this issue already and knows what I can do to fix it? :)
Thanks for your help.

Remote start will not work if you have the emissions system warning. It does look like a possible battery issue though. If that is not it, you will need to scan for specific OBD codes.

Reset the errors by disconnecting the battery. If it is the original then it's lived a full life (3+ years) and it's probably time for a new one. If the errors come back, take it in to have the codes pulled.

You get that same series of codes if the fuel injector problem is cropping up. Fortunately, your car is covered under a warranty extensions and TSB by Honda to replace the injectors if that's the cause.
