I have a 2017 pilot that I bought new almost 5 years ago-a car I had hoped to keep until it died. I love the car.
However, I have a tall stack of service receipts for this car--more than any car I have ever owned. It needed one big repair of $900 to replace that computer box in the glove box area. The biggest issue has been the ongoing emissions system engine light coming on repeatedly for the past 4 years with the 0456 small evap leak. I don't overfill the gas tank ever but this code comes on frequently and often the tech can't find anything wrong and fortunately they won't just do a repair to see if that fixes the problem. Since June of this year my horn has been blowing fuses. I haven't had anyone diagnose the problem but just keep replacing the fuses. Other than these issues the car runs well and I like it.
I don't know if I just keep fixing "things" or need to get rid of the car now. It has 90,000 miles on it. I would appreciate any thoughts you have.
