My 2016 pilot has 60000mi on it and is exhibiting the same symptoms. My dealership also narrowed it down to fuel injectors. Unfortunately my aftermarket warranty is claiming it doesn't cover them. .

Was your after market warranty "The Mechanic" warranty. I purchased one on my Honda Pilot Certified care purchase last summer.
