Just had the FIs replaced like everybody else. 2016 Pilot has 125K miles and was free of charge. Honda service told me there is no mileage limit for the known issue
After I got the response I did when I asked how long the warranty was I was surprised. The 150K mile max sounds right. I have a 2007 Toyota Tundra and at 148K miles the Air Injection Pumps failed, since it was an emission issue the standard warranty didn’t cover it. There was a TSB for that model year and was good for up to 150K miles. First dealership wouldn’t cover it even though I had a printed copy of the TSB in hand, went to a 2nd dealership and all I had to do was mention the part and they said it was covered by a TSB. Not only did they replace at no charge there was also a TSB out on the brake light switch, I guess this dealership checks any warranty issues when vehicles come into service."Honda service" would be wrong according to the TSB which extends the injector warranty 10 years or 150,000 miles in the US or 240,000 km in Canada.
