My 2016 pilot has 60000mi on it and is exhibiting the same symptoms. My dealership also narrowed it down to fuel injectors. Unfortunately my aftermarket warranty is claiming it doesn't cover them. .

The dealership sold 3rd party extended warranties that were a scam. Had my lawyer write them a letter to either cover the costs or refund the warranty. Got a refund a week later.

Now there is a tsb out for the issue which is great because 20000km later it's doing it again.
