Hi all,

Taking the 2016 to the dealer today to fix the keyless start problem message that appears to be related to the extended warranty on TSB 20-117.

I have had problems since I got the car in 2016 with intermittent problems with the infotainment not having preferences saved. The buttons work, meaning if button 1 is set to 104.3 FM, it will tune 104.3 correctly, but the slots will all be blank.

Dealer has said there is no software updates.

Is there a way to check my version of the infotainment and compare it to the newest version? My other car is a Subaru and I’ve updated that one a few times myself with a USB stick.

Will try to post a picture in a few... thanks...

Also considering the VCMuzzler that @verbatim ; makes. I had a transmission fluid job done at the 36k mark, and at my last oil change they told me it was dark and seemed to be due. But they just did it the last service. Or maybe they didn’t and just charged me for it. Wish I could tell.

Interestingly enough I pushed hard on the button as was suggested in the big thread and the keyless problem went away. Hmm.
