I had to change my tire for the first time last week. Who thought it was a good idea to use a freakin donut? Anyway I was looking for a full size spare. Called hind a and they told me I can't store it under the back. The manual seemed to say otherwise. It seems like you can browsing through the forums. I was want I g to make sure. I also have 18 inch wheels and heard I could use 17s. Is this correct? Thanks for your help.

If the OEM 17" wheel clears your calipers, has same bolt pattern and offset you should be GTG. Properly sized 17" wheel+tire combo can achieve similar overall height as the 18"wheel+tire combo. Why not just pick up the 18" wheel?

A couple of things. The pilot can accommodate a full-size spare. They came with a donut in America only. All non-American versions had a full-size spare. If you want to go 17, the lower pilot models came with 17’s. If you were looking for a rim that is not Honda, you will need to do as aggrex advised to make sure it will fit before purchasing.
