Does anyone know how I can remove the second row flip down console for cleaning? I bought the car used and it looks like someone dropped everything they could in between the back and the flip down part.

The workshop manual devotes a few pages of detailed instruction to this procedure. User Tahoefever shared a copy here in the last year. Download that, and follow the instructions, starting at 20-173 through about 20-185 in volume 2.

Summary:

-- Remove the second row seat.
-- Remove the seatback rear panel, 12 double-layer clips, two single-layer clips, use your long-handled trim clip remover tool, starting at the bottom. (page 20-183) (buy some spare plastic trim clips...)
-- Remove the 4 bolts holding the center armrest assembly (6mm, 10 lbf/ft)
-- Disengage two clips (push-pin clips) using proper trim tools
-- Remove the armrest assembly
-- Disengage the lid by pulling it straight up (as if the assembly is installed with seatback up with armrest in stowed position, ^UP^), to release the two hooks that are the pivot and retainers at the bottom. While the assembly is still bolted into the seat, the lid is prevented from going straight up, so you must remove the whole armrest assembly from the seat first.

It looks like you -might- be able to do the seatback removal for access without taking the seat out, but in fact that seat comes out pretty easily and having it all on the work table might make access enough easier to justify the few minutes needed for removal. Have a helper to avoid damaging stuff, (the other seat and the door openings and trim), and know that it might come out more easily through the rear than through the side door.
