Hi. 2011 Honda Pilot LX rear hatch door won’t open. Rear glass opens ok. The actuator and handle button were swapped out but still won’t open. There seems to be no power getting to the rear handle Burton to enable the actuator. Fuses are fine. Is there a relay or module that anyone is aware of or has has this issue resolved? Help is appreciated.

I ran into a similar issues with my 2009 EX. ( 258K miles )
I did some testing to check the circuits
In my case the issue ended up being that the wiring harness that ended at the actuator. The wires at the connection had turned brittle and just separated on me and I could not get a repair to take successfully. So that would be something to check through the hatch on the inside of the tailgate.
I had first stayed away from replacing the harness as I could easily work around the issue due to the harness being expensive. I eventually found the harness for a reasonable price on-line ( $ 63 US ) and bought it . Took inside of the hatch door off and it was actually an easy fix to do. Nice to not have to reach over the door and manually move the actuator to open the door.

Good luck

Thanks Matt. My harness looked ok when I swapped the actuator. How did your test it to see if it was bad or yours was visually bad?

The harness was visibly bad....which made it easy.
I tested the actuator by separating the switch where is connects to harness... green plastic connectors if I remember right...and on the harness side I put a small flat head screwdriver in and touched both sides of the connection, which makes the actuator cycle (if good) or not...
I was lucky that the wires were just falling apart.. which ended my search for why. Cycled the actuator just to make sure I did not need both components.

Good luck
