I kept my 2009 Pilot stored in our garage in the NC mountains this winter for 3 months while in FL. When we got back I had to jump start it with a dead battery. I should have disconnected it! Got it running and all good but the left turn signal was blinking whether engaged or not. It will not turn off. All other electrical things work perfectly. I checked all the fuses and all light bulbs are working for brakes, turn signals, hazard lights, parking, etc. Pulled the two lamps on the left rear and both filaments work fine. Spoke to a Honda mechanic and he said the turn signal lever that goes up and down could be bad or a bad lamp. Signal Lever seems far fetched to me. Has anyone encountered this or have any suggestions? Thank you. First time post but love the site. DWB

Turn signal lever has been mentioned sometimes, so it's not something to rule out, although rare.

But first, gotta ask, any possibility of squirrels or other rodents where it was stored? They get a buzz from chewing on automotive wiring.
