Can the window glass on the Pilot first generations be "programmed", so that the rear windows can only be lowered half way ?
(or to whatever level/limit the owner presets the windows to)

or is there a Driver power window control panel with a "POWER OFF" switch , so the driver is able to "disable" operation of power windows by the passengers ?

Nissan Maxima had this back in the 80s.

Imagine doing 65 MPH on the highway, only to have the kids or pet, in the back push down the window(s).

From the 2005 Honda Pilot Owners Manual:

The passenger windows cannot be raised or lowered if the MAIN switch is OFF. Keep the MAIN switch off when you have children in the vehicle so they do not injure themselves by operating the windows unintentionally.

I've also always made it a habit to flip that switch to off after raising all the windows before going through a car wash with the family.

You know if you keep a bar of Irish Spring in the car you can get the car washed and the kids bathed at the same time. Even the dog if you include a bottle of pet shampoo. 😆
