Did Safelite install this? If so then you shouldn't have an issue, just have them redo it with a new tech and they will probably need a new install kit if they can salvage the glass. If you had it done by shop el cheapo mom and pop fly by the night outfit, then you are out of luck if they deny corrective repairs.
