I just wanted to share this with anyone having the same problem. I came out of work to a completely dead battery. Got a jump, went home, turned the car off, noticed the brake lights were still on. A stopper pad that goes under the brake pedal where the arm touches the switch had broken so it was not pushing the brake switch off which is why the battery died. $7.99 at Advance Auto solve my problem. It is a tiny rubber piece that pushes into the hole on the brake pedal above the brake switch. Check that out before you go to a mechanic if you're having an electrical problem back there :)
