I just had the dealer install the Blitzsafe - HON/M-Link1 V.2X interface for the iPod. It works great, except that the steering wheel controls no longer work. Has anyone else had this problem, or did the dealer forget to re-attatch a wire?
2006 EXL iPod interface - no steering wheel controls?

I should clarify....none of the controls on the steering wheel now work, even when the iPod is not being used. Even when listening to a CD or an FM station, I can't control the volume, channel or mode form the steering wheel. Has anyone else had this problem?
I would take it back to the dealership and have them fix it. The steering wheel controls come in on Connector A, pin 3 and pin 11. I would reseat Connector A. It's possible this connector is making a poor contact on one or more of these pins (or the pin is bent).
But again, not your job. It's their problem to fix it.
