At the most recent service, the service advisor said there was a missing bolt on the left side of the transmission mount (notes also said rescuer transmission mount). He said the bolt was ~$20 but the labor to install it was about $160 since they had to remove a fender to install it. Does this sound reasonable?

Sounds like they are going to replace the rear transmission mount. That's about what that part costs. As for labor, if they have to remove the inner fender to get to it then the cost could be inline. They price it by hourly charge.

If you have an independent mechanic you trust take it to them and let them give you a quote.

Something don't sound right. They might have to remove the tire and wheel-well liner. Buy the bolt from Honda and DIY.

Also, if you need a new TM.., Rockauto has Transmission Mounts for your vehicle from $6-12. There is a difference between 2wd an AWD.

Watching this video, the fender is not removed. Honda may be calling it "Fender Liner."
To install a bolt, it's easily accessable, and hopefully the old bolt isn't broke off in there. Torque to specification.
