2005 Intermittently won't crank

A test light connected to the small wire on the starter solenoid will help to diagnose this. It should light up every time the key is turned to "start" and the starter should engage.

If it lights with the key turned to "start" but the engine doesn't crank, you've proven that all the electrical circuits up to the starter are working properly. The only possible cause at that point would be a defective starter.
