I recently purchased a 2004 pilot ex and found that the front engine mount was broke. When I replaced it, both the old one that I removed and the new one have a port for a vacuum hose but I can’t find a hose anywhere that may have been previously connected.

Does anyone know where this originates from or where I should be looking to try and trace back and find it may have been cut or disconnected?

Or does this year not have a vacuum line and both my old and new mounts were the wrong ones for the car?

Thanks for any assistance you could provide.

I have a 2004 and the front engine mount has no vacuum line run to it. I believe that later models had a computer driven vacuum solenoid somewhere that vacuumed and vented additional damping capability or something. I am not sure but believe you could probably just cap this port on the mount.

i have a 2004 too and the original front mount does not have a vacuum line.

The new replacement one I put in a couple of months again does have a vacuum line, but it's left unused.
