My 2004 Honda Pilot has been slowly developing more and more flicker on the Parking Brake Dash light on idle, acceleration, and braking. But more recently, there is a slight hiss, like an air leak, through my car when I accelerate over 2.5k on the tach. In this video I do a quick 30-100, and there is no radio, no AC, just silent ambience and you can hear some hissing as if a window was cracked open. Here is the video.

Is the parking brake cable or perhaps the parking brake itself sticking? Merits investigation.

OK,
2 things

I thought Pilot engines are VCM, NOT Vtec?

and 2- when people drive Sportbikes on the streets passing cars like that- I/we call them squids. IMHO- you drive like a squid.

Check your brake fluid level. If low, check to see which set of pads need replacement.

Also, check the brake fluid cap and connections while at idle after checking fluid level. I had to top mine off ( it wasn’t at low level mark or even close) and clean connections to get light to work properly.
