Did your Pilot have the Rear Entertainment System? If so, did you delete that from the console?

Hi,

It looks really nice!

Could you share the parts and where you purchased them? How hard is the DIY (I suppose it's DIY?) project?

I am looking into doing this project too -- after driving newer cars, I cannot function well without a back up camera.

Yes, this is a DIY project. I bought the radio, steering wheel controller, and camera from Crutchfield.com. They also have an electrical plug which allows you to connect the factory wiring to the new head unit. The most time consuming part was the camera, which has a wire that runs from the back hatch to the head unit. I ran mine along the inside of the headliner and trim. Not difficult, but time consuming. The steering wheel controls work perfectly, but I was not able to keep the factory subwoofer as it was powered by the Honda radio.
Head Unit: Sony XAV-AX1000
Camera: Crux Cub-15
Steering Wheel Controls: iDataLink Maestro
Dash Kit: Scosche HA1703B
