Well anything if it needed it. Just looking at RockAuto, there's no Radiator, AC compressor, steering rack.

Ya, some of those look cheap made. No fan of the Kumho Solus. That Westlake import tire is popular and has decent consumer reviews.

Possibly zip code sensitive? I see 12. Winter tires are still tires to choose from.

Looks cheap.
The WestLake looks like a better tire.
