They won't fit. Wheel stud/bolt pattern is different.

Ok thanks Rocky ! I dont think I'll have a problem going with 17" steel rims and tires on my 2014 Pilot for winter so I'll probably go that route instead of 18".Thanks Rocky!

Anything from the second and third gen Pilot, plus Ridgeline.
If you go steel rims, you'll also need lugnuts for steel wheels

No, you just need taller lug nuts to accommodate the thinner steel rim vs the thicker Al rim.
The 2nd+ gen have the proper 14mm lug studs while the 1st gen had absurdly under-engineered 12mm studs. Guess Honda realized that this was a homicidal neglect of safety and owned up.
