I have a 07 Pilot that just recently started missing. Before it started the check engine light would come on periodically now it stays on. The guy at the parts store checked the code and said #1 cylinder misfire. I replaced the plugs but not with NGK’s. but it continued. It runs ok under acceleration but at speed just cruising down the it skips like crazy. Any suggestions?

+1 for swapping plugs as a quick and dirty test.
If you get new ones, Denso is perfectly fine, but your Pilot loves NGK Laser Iridium best. Eschew others.
