I have a 2006 Honda Pilot and the sunroof is not operating.

I checked the fuse on the passenger side kick panel and its good.

Appreciate any help

Are you getting anything at all, clicking, attempt a movement, any kind of noise?
Have you checked the switch to see if it is working, ie: is a signal being sent to the motor? If so have you checked the motor? Is there any obstruction in the tracks? There are so many places to look, but more information is needed.

When you checked the fuse was it through visual inspection or with a multimeter? Sometimes the eye misses hairline fractures on the fuse that the meter will detect.

found the issue - the fuse (7.5A) contact is intermittent.

When testing the fuse with a test light it shows power because I'm pressing down on the fuse.

When wiggling the test light I can see the fuse is making intermittent contact.

Not sure how to take the fuse holder apart to examine the underside.

If you have a soldering iron you could try melting a bit of solder to one (or both) of the fuse leads to widen it. That’s if you just need the lead just a hair wider to make sufficient contact with the fuse holder.
