When I start my 04 Pilot cold there is a squealing noise for several minutes until the engine warms up. Thought it might need power steering fluid but that is normal.
It is definitely coming from the serpentine belt just sure exactly where. Called Honda Service to see if it might be a common problem but they were no help; told me to bring it in (which I haven't).
The car otherwise runs fine. 175K miles; timing belt was replaced at 110K.

Thanks in advance if anyone knows what this might be.

It must be time for new PS belt. I assume the last time it was replaced was 65K ago with TB change. So you will need to replace the PS belt and should also replace the serpentine belt.

I have 04 Pilot 290K miles. It is the Power Steering Pump. I replaced the O-rings on the power steering pump input/output connection. Then I added some power steering additive. Between the two it made things quiet. But you may also need to tighten the power steering belt or replace it. If you replaced the timing belt and replaced the Accessory belt at the same time, it probably is not the belt.
