On top of my idling issues & its random fits of not wanting to start here and there, this was more pressing cuz it runs for 80% of the time. I had my buddy replace my noisey & clearly messed up front blower motor ( also did the air intake filter & NGK Plugs just to see if that would help how it's been running) I went to go pick it up from his place while he was at work and heard the fan working and never really thought to HONESTLY see if the air was coming out until a cold snap just hit today (I live in North Dakota) and I can tell u their is ZERO air, AC or heat, coming from anywhere in the front. I'm pissed. Somebody please help this desperate midwestern kid lol...

Start by checking blend door actuator.

By air intake filter, do you mean the cabin air filter?

If the blower is spinning it’s likely not going to be the resistor/transistor module which is faulty. My money is on the air blend actuator as plplplpl mentioned.
