Honda Pilot 2020 Touring 7P Never used AC inverter, haв no power when inserted phone charger (AC plug). In my understanding, it (30A) should be on this block fuse. Does anyone have experience with how to replace it or at least check the fuse?

I bought a 2020 Honda Pilot it sometimes makes the beep noise after closing all doors and it sometimes doesn’t and when it doesn’t make a beep noise the remote start also doesn’t work. Anyone knows what the problem is?
