Get a inspection mirror (larger one) they're cheaper and a long nose pliers and pull out the rest of the coil at any auto store, Walmart, Home Depot, Lowes. And go to Harbor Freight and get longer reach bottle nose plier like this, any brand will do. You can pick them up at any hardware store and Harbor Freight used to be the cheapest.

I'd be concerned about why the plugged cat. Do you have the engine cover? Would like to see if it has i-VTEC or VCM Many Honda with the 3.5L have trouble with the Variable Cylinder Management and plugged cats especially the rear is a symptom. In this forum read about the VCM problems, it's not pretty. Honda was hit with multiple lawsuits over the failure. Many opt to get a VCM Tuner to prevent the VCM from activating. Honda's service guides troubleshooting says to look at the oil circuit and rear cylinder rocker assembly for the problem if any thing is really questionable replace the engine. Many people have tried to fix the VCM but just end up buying a tuner to bypass it all together. Symptoms of a malfunctioning VCM are torque converter failures, prematurely worn piston rings, fouled spark plugs, excessive oil burning, plugged catalytic converter, and failed active engine mounts every 50-60k miles.
