how do you take those cover out u just pop them out to put those bulbs in specially the on on the handles

just get a butter knife and pop the covers off, the clip side is closest to you the far end is where you slip the the knife in the just pop it up. The door ones just need to be pulled off. pull from the thicker side it should come right up. Good luck. Every car is a little different so don't quote me.
