Question Where to get Hitch installed

Well, we decided against having the dealer install the tow hitch when he wanted $2500 for it and would not budge from that price. Does anyone have a suggestion on where to go for installation and/or purchase of the hitch?

edit: preferably in the San Jose area.

Bought my hitch and wiring harness, factory plug in type, through hitchmart, $140 for hitch, $35 for the harness, free shipping and it is the same as the factory hitch. Installed it with the help of my son in about 15 minutes for the hitch, it bolts up to the factory holes and welded in bolts on the frame, and plugged in the harness in about 10 minutes after we found the factory female end under the plastic protection piece that sits under the rear lift gate when it is closed, it has the pictures of a child seat embossed on it. Pop it off and you will find the plug on the center left side with a hole below that leads to another hole through a rubber gromet exiting under the car just to the left of the spare, no cutting, no splicing, no $2500. Works fine. Good luck.

Was this price for the hitch, hitch harness and two coolers?

How many bolts?
Does it connect at the center rear?

You got to be kidding me. Contact Larry Hopkins Honda in Sunnyvale and it should be much more reasonable than that.

It was the full package I believe, although I didn't clarify since the price seemed crazy.

You can order the OEM towing hitch package online and install it yourself or let a mechanic install it.
