Default Cups and cup holders

2012 Pilot Touring, lack of places to put cups? Anybody find something to go in the slot in front or behind the cup holder to hold extra cups?

Lack? There are two flexible cup holders in the front, 4 or 6 in the 2nd row, and 2 in the 3rd row. That's a lot of cup holders.

In the front, aside from those two, you can also set things in the area just behind the cup holders. Or in front of them.

Where are you trying to put more cups?

My last vehicle (BMW 530i) had no cup holders! I'm beyond happy with only two in the front lol

I am talking only for the front. Sometimes I get a Java Chiller and a drink at the same time for both adults. That requires 4 front spaces. Sometimes I use the ones on the door behind the driver's left shoulder. Also I find the cup holders hard to pull the drink from because you have to grab the top of the cup.

If someone finds a cup holder insert for the pocket behind the cup holders let me know. Unsupported drinks tip over when turning in this spot.

Don't know if you can put a second set in the Console like the 03-08 Pilots can. But that works for some people. On long drives I always add a 16 oz bottle in the door pockets before I set out. Long = 960 miles. No way am I paying convenience store water prices when BJ's is around the corner from my house!

I think he clearly asked if there are other cupholders besides the additional ones you mentioned.

I too would like to have more storage for beverages. We currently have a 2012 EX-L AWD Pilot and the 2011 CRV EX AWD we traded for it had four cup holders up front. Which makes sense...the driver will be in the vehicle more than anyone else. Cup holders in the 2nd and 3rd rows are nice, but the driver and front passenger's comfort should take priority.

Another question on the cupholder. Is it removable? On our '05 you can just pull it out so you can wash it out in a sink.

And us 03-08 owners can add two more cup holders in the front for a total of 4.
