Dealer is not nearby and would like to clear up the clog myself but no success so far. Anyone have this problem and how did you fix it? Thanks.

Open the hood and remove the pipe to the nozzles lets be sure fluid is coming out. It's odd that both nozzles are blocked at the same time

Have not had the problem in the Pilot but did do some work on a previous car that showed the problem. I used compressed air from the outside after removing the hose from the back. That helped some. The nozzle I was cleaning was one of those pseudo hi-tech pieces that spray back and forth some, so I wasn't anxious to go after it with a needle. So I ended up pulling it out and soaking in in vinegar (very mild acetic acid) overnight, blew through it with air a few more times, soaked again, and it finally started to work OK again.
Here in sunny SoCal, we steal water from far-away places like the central valley and the Colorado River. By the time it gets here, there's a reasonable concentration of minerals in the tap water. OK, there's a lot of minerals. So my double-top-secret "solution" is distilled water with a very small amount of Dawn detergent in it. The nozzles stay amazingly clean, and there are no white dribble stains on the housing or the hood. It might be tempting to use a little vinegar or maybe lemon juice in the wash bottle, but that ultimately causes minerals to precipitate out in the bottom of the tank. Then they go through the pump to the nozzle and we are back where we started. ;(

Still haven't been able to get the driver's side winshield washer to squirt properly. When I deploy the washer, fluid gushes out at the connection under the hood. Took it to the dealer for the air bag recall yesterday so had them check out the washer. The result....the washer was clogged and, get this, they had to ORDER THE PART! The part will be in next week necessitating a 40 mile round trip to replace a 50 cent piece! Couple this with a hesitation problem when excelerating that no one will acknowledge and I'm getting a bit disenchanted with HONDA! After three trouble-free Chrysler minivans, I "stepped up" to the PILOT....now I'm wondering if the only thing I stepped up was the price!

Went back to the dealer to have the nozzles replaced on my windshield washers....40 mile round trip for a small inexpensive part....not thrilled with that. Then the service manager asked if there was anything else they could do and I told him yes, fix the hesitation problem I came in with last week that you couldn't find. But more about that on the hesitation thread!
