So I thought the same thing, just go back and send it again, nope. Just the same message. It's not a big deal, but sometimes when I hit the back button my entire message disappears (usually when I type for 15-20 minutes) so I then type my post again, but without as many words (Hmmm....maybe it's trying to tell me something). But I understand the whole busy server thing, the only thing I don't understand is that it was 12:31 AM and when I checked not many people were on. Also I understand Admin being busy with the family and I commend him and others here that make family first. I see way to many people letting their families slip and that's not a good thing

I understand that the problems we're experiencing with H-P.org won't be cured until we're able to move to a new server (Admin, TheWorm: Here's hoping for progress on this issue). BUT ....for me, at least, it's getting to where it's almost too frustrating/time-consuming to use the site.

In addition to what FLPilot described above, I'm getting "This page cannot be displayed" even when trying to access "Get More" smilies! But, for me, the biggest problem is the interminable amount of time it takes to move between screens after nearly every click. I'm aware of the problems with incorrect numbers of posts, last poster, etc., showing up on the forum indexes....while this is misleading/confusing, it's something I can live with.

I don't notice any correlation between how the site is behaving and the number of members/guests on line, whether I'm accessing the site from home or at work, or really even the time of day.

Am I overreacting or misjudging the situation, or have others out there seen a significant turn for the worse in the last week or so? If it's just me, I'll chill and try to stop imagining things.
