Ok so i might not of looked really good but i have been trying to clean the seats & have came to notice the seats stain easy & even water leaves a stain like place & im just wondering how to clean the seats to get the stains out? We had it detailed about a week ago & it was spot less the way i like it! & on vacation in fl my daughter managed to spill all of her sprite in the back seat. They are cloth seats. Help!!

Anything that stains with water should be considered defective, but Honda does not seem to agree. Can't spot clean them b/c the water itself will stain. Can't dry chem them, it stains. Have to clean the entire seat. Scotchgard works OK with about 5 light coats.

Scotchgard works OK. You have to put on a number of coats to protect it. Blue Coral spot remover seems to work OK. Even with the Scotchgard, if water gets through the fabric, it will water stain it. Worst fabric ever.
