Touring voice activated phone calls..

I'm currently able to make calls by:

1. Press voice button on wheel
2. Say "Call John"
3. Lady reads back "Do you want to call... John"
4. Press voice button on wheel
5. Say "Yes"
6. Lady reads back "Calling John"

Is there a way to skip steps 3,4,5 and 6 and just have it skip to 6???

The only shorter process I've found is:
Activate voice dialing on your phone...Say "Call John"
then transfer it to the Hands-Free via bluetooth by hitting the HFL talk button.
