I have a 2011 Pilot Touring with only 600 miles on it and this morning the parking sensors were going off while standing in traffic. I thought at first the sensors were detecting the traffic behind and in front of me but at one point the beeping turned to a steady tone. I had to deactivate the parking sensors and am wondering if the heavy rain from last night affected the sensors or they are picking up the rain drops falling off the vehicle. Has anyone else experienced this with the parking sensors?

I've had it happen on occasion. Usually stopped after turning off the engine
