Default How do I turn off interior lights while tailgating?

Was at a game yesterday. Had the hatch open for access to the food and cooler. Interior lights never went off. Any suggestions?

use the switch on the rear overhead light to turn it off, use switch with front lights to turn them off too...Owners manual >index>interior lights

Is there a way to turn off the day time running lights whiled parked? On my VW rabbit if you engage the emergency hand brake they turn off but that did not seem to work with the Pilot.

Was the Pilot's engine running while you were parked? If you need the engine running while parked, engage the parking brake, turn off the engine and turn it on again. DRL will only come on when you disengage the parking brake.
