Hi, new here and didn't see a '2012' section so assuming here is OK. Shopping around between NY and NJ for my first Honda Pilot. Anyone lease in these areas (or other states) and post your deal? Am looking for no money out of pocket (just what has to be paid...bank fees, registration, 1st pmt) and a 3yr/15k lease.
My lowest/best prices I have found are: NY/NJ: EX 4WD @ $350/mo tax incl. EXL 4WD @ $402/mo tax incl. Thanks. PS very good lease calculator website here to use for comparison... http://www.weymouthhonda.com/lease/?&code=YF4H4CEW |

That's also assuming tier 1 credit rating.

You are not going to get deals like that around here. My advice would be if you are not trading in a car. Take a ride and get it there.
If you are trading in a car you will get alot less on trade in and that would negate the better deal. Remember even if you are turning in a lease car. You could have equity in the car. What ever the car is worth - minus your payoff is your equity. Most dealers like to ignore that fact. But dont let them. I got back $7,700 dollars on my trade in for my leased 2009 pilot touring. After I put a little down on the lease and got the running boards. The dealer is giving me a check for $5991. When it is all said an done. I have a 2012 pilot touring for 3 years 541 per month. If I take the 5991 I have left and divide by 36 I get 166.42 per month less. So I am actually paying 374 per month on my new touring. I cant wait to pick it up this weekend.

makes sense...
i have nothing to trade in....so, looks like i will be going for the EX @ $350 w/tax and 15k mi/yr at the NJ dealer... I like the EXL of course but almost $55 extra a month is a bit much....maybe it's psychological that I can get the EX for <$400... Then again....$55 more may be worth the leather, moonroof and rear camera... ;-) Last edited by pplmover; 11-15-2011 at 06:15 PM. |

I was just quoted the following in DFW for a 2012 EX:
Internet Price: $26,355 Destination: $810 Tint: $399 Pin Stripe: $299 Value Package: $399 Acquisition fee: $595 TOTAL OTD: $30,888 including Tax, title and licence. He then quoted me $360/mo on a 36 mo, 12k/yr lease. Only thing due at signing is first mo. payment! Am I crazy or is that a great deal. I shopped several other dealerships for that deal, and they all said TAKE IT. |
