Do you mean it displays the number but not the name? Thats normal and I hate it. On the 08 Explorer I had with Nav, it displayed the name of the caller on Nav display. I could care less displaying the number since I dont know the 500 numbers in my contacts. Honda did this wrong. If its not displaying the numbner there is something wrong.

Yea, its not displaying the number at all. Does the number have be stored in my phone book to be displayed or should the caller ID display any number thats calling in.
DO I have to change the settings or something? |

the numbers already have to be in your phone book because after you import the numbers thats where the caller id gets the numbers from to display.
