Question Oil Life Indicator Question, Not Resetting?

Hello, we have a 2011 Pilot. I had the oil changed today(oil life indicator showed 15%) However, the oil life inidicator now does not show 100% as it normally does after an oil change.(still shows 15%) I tried holding down the reset button, but this did not work. Am I missing something? We have about 24K miles on the car. Thanks!

Welcome!

Did you follow all the owners manual instructions or just hold the button down?

I don't remember how to do it, but I'm pretty sure the owners manual has the proper procedure.
