2011 Pilot Touring: Anyone have any intel to any available upgrades to the back up camera system. It is substandard to that of even my sister-in-law's Ford Escape. Most vehicles have some digital lines that help in gauging distance.

I think the intent of the Honda back up camera is to ensure you dont run over any children/pets/bikes, therefore it is simple in design. The back up cameras on other vehicles seem to be focused on helping people park, which competent drivers have been doing for over 100 years without assistance.

i hear you about competent drivers. This back up camera thing is new to me. I have had the back up sensors in my previous vehicles and have them on the pilot as well. They work great and having the camera is an added plus to insure I know what is behind me. I parallel park often.
